As a prospective patient, we want to confirm your insurance coverage first.

We accept many commercial plans from Aetna, BCBS (Anthem, CareFirst, Federal, etc.), Cigna, and United Healthcare (Optum, GEHA, UMR, Harvard Pilgrim, Hopkins, Oxford, etc.). However, a few plans don't support virtual care. Please allow us to confirm your coverage and the cost to you by completing this quick form. The verification process can take a few business days, but we will reach out to you with the results.
